so…after listening, this is NOT as good as i was hoping.
had big expectations. KIDS is still a huge track, but his voice is kind of annoying & doesn’t work for me in an album format, or on any tracks that are slower than kids.
when you are forced to hold in laughter, i think a part of your soul dies a little.

guy1: okay listen. i've got this friend who got into acting when he was like 40. and i'm like, do you even care about acting at all? why did you get into it so late in life? and he said "i do care. i care too much" *pause for dramatic effect*
guy2: wow. totally.

SO BEHIND ON GOOD NEW MUSIC
and rather than study like i really SHOULD be, i am gathering information on as much new music as i can.

The XX - Islands This was the same choice the polo decided to post; we are so the same. Legit, she texted me to check out the XX about an hour after I discovered them for myself!! So, this band is sort of like shoegaze rock, if you will....
