I am going to miss Cape Town a lot. Mostly, I will miss the people. It’s a shame most of my friends were girls because when I left, we just cried…It really sucks to say goodbye to people with whom new and lasting connections were under development (wow, awkward sentence much? Sorry)...

i, too, find it odd. i think it is just because it is under-marketed. its a small pilot project…but i think the more people know about it, the more excitement can be generated surrounding it.

i broke my parents camera…so
the cult of less starts after i stop using disposable cameras.
its funny the stuff i miss about toronto. today, i really really miss the following: going to a used book store & picking up a cheap read, then grabbing a tim horton’s iced cap, and finally, settling down on the grass of a local park and tanning in the sun while enjoying my book and my coffee. my trip is coming to a close, so it seems like a waste to only be home sick now, but it looks...

this weekend i:
1. explored a cave & battled my mild claustrophobia including going through tiny cracks and down into holes head first
2. rode an ostrich (!!)
3. took a short, mini safari drive to see zebras and antelope…and apparently, there was a giraffe but we couldnt find it.
4. bungee jumped off the worlds highest commercial bungee bridge(!!)
